If you experienced a technical error — for example, the letter did not download or contained a significant error caused by our system — please contact us at hello@schoolappeal.ie within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer protection legislation.
